During the Month of October, there are many events to look forward to in the City of Smiles. Day or night the streets are filled with extravagant costumes, art and performances. If you are ever visiting Bacolod City during the MassKara festival, don't forget to roam the streets and experience it after the sun sets.
The Electric MassKara Parade takes place in the evening and consists of many large floats, head pieces and costumes that are brought to life with lights and glow sticks. The night is filled with performances from many Filipino singers, dances and musicians!
